Shipping policy

Your order is on its way! Here's the lowdown on our shipping policy:

• Order Timing: Place your order by 3pm EST, Monday through Friday, and we'll usually ship it the same day (holidays excluded). Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship the next business day. For weekend orders (Saturday or Sunday), we'll ship them on the following business day.

• Special Cases: If your order includes particularly large items or bulk quantities, our shipping calculator might not always get the shipping cost right. This isn't usually a problem, but if there's a significant discrepancy, we'll notify you and hold your order until we hear back from you.
